As a Community Council we have neen asked to complete a survey  on  Storm Amy.
(e.g. communication, support networks, access to resources/welfare)

What challenges did you face or what didn’t work so well?
(e.g. gaps in support, delays in provision, conflicting or unclear information, unmet needs)
Any suggestions or lessons identified that you feel should be considered in future planning and response efforts.
