Energy Efficiency Scheme

 Grant Assisted Energy Efficiency Scheme called the Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland: Area Based Scheme (HEEPS: ABS)  run by A&B

•  Can provide grants towards insulation measures such as: Internal and external wall insulation; loft and cavity wall insulation; and underfloor insulation. 
• The scheme is available for Council Tax Band A-C properties regardless of income (and D if the householders annual income is less than £20,000) 
• Covers the whole of Argyll and Bute and is first come first serve for grant assistance to install insulation measures.
