The proposal of application was lodged  with the Council on 15th November and a Planning Application for the development cannot be lodged until 12 weeks have elapsed.Any comments on the proposal during this time must be made to the Developers Dickie and Moore (david@northplan.co.uk). These must be made by February 19th.

It is difficult to see how any meaningful comments can be made until after the public event.
