Invasive Species Week

There are five weeks to go until Invasive Species Week 2024 (20-26th May) - an annual week of awareness raising and events to help improve public understanding of invasive non-native species, their impacts, and the simple ways to help prevent their spread.
Over 260 organisations took part in 2023, there’s plenty of time to get involved this year if you haven’t already started planning. Visit our website for suggestions and resources to help.
An invasive non-native species BioBlitz is taking place in countries across Europe on the final few days of the week (24-26th May). Please get in touch if you’re interested in taking part and we will put you in contact with the European coordinators.
