Policy for Public Hearings

When a controversial planning application is being considered, the PPSLC may recommend that a Public Hearing is held. 

In Rhu and Shandon  such Hearings have been held when plans were submitted for the Marina, Adenconnel Playing Fields, The Lochside Care Home, and the Turbines at Baldernock.

 The criteria which the PPSLC use for determining whether a Hearing is held are contained in Policy for Public Hearings.
