Share your views on the use of virtual consultations

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is committed to improving access to healthcare by offering more virtual consultations where clinically appropriate.

Virtual appointments, via telephone or the Near Me video platform, can have many benefits including saving patients time and money by reducing their need to travel.

They offer greater flexibility by allowing people to attend appointments from the comfort of their own home using a smartphone, tablet or computer.

We want to hear what you think about virtual consultations, how they are described and your experiences of using them.

Your feedback is important and will help guide the development of our virtual services, ensuring the information we share is accurate and effective.

Our short survey only takes 5-10 minutes to complete and can be found here
